From 18th November 2025, all Directors will need to verify their identity with Companies House. This will ensure that the people running their business are, who they say they are.
There are 2 ways to do this and a code is provided to each Director - The codes are linked to your name, not the company so you will only get one code regardless of how many companies you are associated with.
